LEARN TO SHOOT IN A FRIENDLY AND ENJOYABLE ENVIRONMENT

We are pleased to announce the date for a new beginner's course. The start date is Monday 4th October 2010. The course will last for 6 weeks. Start time 7.00pm at Bronte Archers facility. If you are interested, please email via the contact page. Your details will be passed to the organiser, who will contact you will the details.

Acceptance onto the course will be on a first come, first served basis after the details are posted here.

We give our time voluntarily to run the courses and numbers are restricted.

Whilst we welcome interest from you, it is not possible to accomodate everyone. Please be understanding and patient, we are doing our best.

Archery is suitable for ages 8 and above.

One session per week for six weeks - held indoors

Each sessions runs for 2 hours

Course fees cover use of bows, arrows, and other equipment

Course content:-

• Safety when shooting
• Bows and arrows explained
• Shooting technique (explained as you shoot)
• Etiquette
• Setting up targets
• Scoring
• Advice on buying equipment and getting started
